Why wouldn't I just hire a full-time designer or strategist?
You should! A full-time senior-level designer is easily north of $100,000 and a seasoned strategist could be upwards of $150,000 — plus benefits, perks, total rewards, et al +30%. Aside from that, you may not always have enough work to keep them busy at all times, so you're stuck paying for time you aren't able to utilize. Or if you bring on freelancers, you can expect to pay $1,000-$1,600 for a day rate in NYC. With the monthly plan, you can pause and resume your subscription as often as you need to ensure you're only paying your designer when you have work available for them.
What is 'Bespoke A.I.'? Is that just ChatGPT?
What we call Bespoke A.I. or Augmented Intelligence are homegrown tools that leverage all the latest advancements, and oh my there are many, to procure the freshest data and run them through propietary frameworks for your brand. This is not a replacement but complement to the experience and expertise honed on crafting programs, platforms and experiences for startups to legacy brands.
Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?
Once subscribed, you're able to add as many requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one.
How do you provide such a wide range of services?
Over the years we've curated, formulated, and honed a library of playbooks, frameworks, and approaches to tackle the most pressing challenges brands face. This gives us a strong foundation to layer in your industry, customer and specific needs as a way to orient and progress.
How fast will I receive my requests?
On average, most requests are completed in just two days or less. However, more complex requests can take longer.
Who are the designers and strategists?
We operate simply and nimbly. The principal and founder of SCTY, Ali Madad, is augmented by AI Agents and on-call support for specific needs, ie. research, surveys, animations or custom illustrations from trusted partners.
How do I request work?
We offer flexibility in how you request designs using Trello. Some common ways clients request designs is directly via Trello, sharing Google docs or wireframes, or even recording a brief Loom video. If it can be linked to or shared in Trello, we'll digest it. In the words of Charles Kettering, the famed inventor and head of research for GM, said “a problem well-stated is half-solved.”
Can we hop on a call or review work live?
Our model is built to be 100% asynchronous, this allows us to devote our time and effort on your request—and we pass the protected time as a cost savings on to you. Want a regular meeting or workshop cadence? We offer add-on subscriptions to accomodate more synchronous collaboration.
What if I don't like the work?
We believe in progressive iteration, getting you closer to your desired outcome with each revision. We'll work with you until you're 100% satisfied.
Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?
We strive to deliver high quality work, and no refunds are issued once services are rendered.
