We established a powerful new positioning, "ADP: Always Designing for People." This phrase served as a catalyst in our efforts to modernize the brand, emphasizing the achievements and improvements made for the benefit of the end user.

This identity encompasses a refined color palette, a fluid grid structure, data-driven visualizations, and typography that seamlessly integrates layout with iconography.

"Data at Work" is a machine learning style transfer technique trained on an input style that incorporates the color and organic shapes from the visual identity. By revealing the invisible world of work, these treatments illustrate the connective tissue of data, insights, analytics, and flow that are embodied in ADP's products and services.

We introduced Taub Type, named after the company's founder, Henry Taub. Taub Type is a patented variable type system that is dynamic, reactive, and responsive in real-time. Developed in collaboration with Chester Jenkins, Taub Type combines classic proportions with a low-contrast sans-serif design, incorporating an offset pixel grid. This innovative variable type system has received four Design Patents.
